Shipping and Delivery Policy: Estimated delivery times are provided at purchase and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

Returns and Refunds: We accept returns within 14 days if items are in their original condition. If not, they will be refunded after the return shipment. If you want to return the product for another reason, the customer must pay 50% of the shipping to the company headquarters, and the money will be returned around 2 days after the return shipment.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the original purchase price, and we are not responsible for any damages beyond that. L’Héritage is not responsible for damage or loss beyond the original cost of the product. It does not cover damages resulting from incorrect or unauthorized use of the product.
